It gives you the structure of a warehouse with the flexibility of doing things yourself, so you can stay connected to your product and your customers without getting buried in logistics.

You’ll have a dedicated place to store inventory, pack orders, and manage shipping, along with access to the tools, supplies, and support that make everything run more smoothly. But just as importantly, you’ll be part of a community of small businesses who are building alongside you.

How are rates determined?

Rates are based on factors like storage, order volume, product size, and fulfillment complexity. Our quote form helps us understand your setup, and we’ll share a detailed fee schedule so you know exactly how pricing is structured.

Is there a contract?

No — there are no long-term contracts. We keep things flexible so you can use the space in a way that works for your business.

What kind of access do I have?

Members have access Monday through Friday from 9am–2pm. Outside of business hours, the facility is secured and monitored with 24-hour surveillance so your inventory stays safe.

You’ll also have real-time visibility into your inventory and orders, with everything synced to your ecommerce platform.

What types of products can I store?

We can store all packaged shelf stable products, as well a hemp, beer, hard cider and hard seltzer.

Do I get my own space?

It depends on your membership tier, but you'll have access to your inventory in a dedicated location.

Do you provide boxes and packing materials?

Yes — we keep commonly used boxes, mailers, and packing supplies on hand. Members can purchase what they need on-site, often at a lower cost than sourcing small quantities on their own. You can also request specific packaging or provide your own branded materials.

We also offer sustainable packaging and shipping supplies, including recycled mailers, tissue, and biodegradable GreenWrap. We also help reduce waste by reusing and recycling materials whenever possible, and we never use packing peanuts.

What carriers do you work with?

USPS and UPS pick up daily on weekdays. We can also support additional carriers and offer international shipping through Flavorcloud.

Do you offer freight shipping?

We partner with LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carriers to get you the lowest affordable rate. We can provide you with pallets, stretch wrap, and anything else you might need to ship your orders. 

Can I receive inventory shipments at Collective Pallet?

Yes — you can ship inventory directly to us and our experienced staff will handle receiving for you.

Can I upgrade to full fulfillment later?

Yes — and because there’s no contract, you can move between self-fulfillment and full-service fulfillment as your needs change. Many members flex back and forth depending on seasonality and growth.
