Refund policy
Because Collective Pallet primarily provides warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, coworking, and operational services, we generally do not offer traditional product returns or exchanges.
Service fees, memberships, storage fees, fulfillment fees, onboarding costs, shipping charges, and other operational costs are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered or work has begun.
If you believe there has been an error with billing, fulfillment, damaged inventory, shipment handling, or service execution, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
